cashgate AG emerged from the credit and leasing bank of the Raiffeisen, cantonal and regional banks. It therefore has one of the largest branch and partner networks in Switzerland. The interest rate is stated as 4.9 %, 7.9 % and 9.9 %. The interest rate of 4.9 % is only available to customers who own their own home in Switzerland and live in it themselves. They must also apply for a minimum loan amount of CHF 20,000.
To obtain a loan at 7.9 %, you must apply for a minimum loan amount of CHF 10,000. You must also have Swiss citizenship or a C residence permit and a minimum monthly income of over CHF 4,500. If you do not fulfil these criteria, the loan interest rate is 9.9 %.
The requirements for granting a loan are as follows:
- Minimum age 20 years
- Permanent residence in Switzerland
- Swiss bank account
- Swiss citizenship, permanent residence permit C or residence permit B (at least 2 years)
- Regular work in a permanent or temporary position (provide proof of salary)
- Cancellation period of 14 days for a loan amount of up to CHF 80,000
- No maximum loan amount defined
Required documents that are mandatory for the credit check:
- Copy of ID, passport or driving licence (for Swiss nationals)
- Copy of residence permit C, B, G or L for foreign citizens
- Copy of the last 3 pay slips (for permanent employees) or the last 6 for hourly-paid employees
Documents that are helpful for the credit check, but are not mandatory:
- Copy of the tenancy agreement if you share the rent with someone else
- Copy of the health insurance policy to improve the budget if necessary
